Terms of Use

Last updated 7 November 2026. These terms describe ERAYAEP METHOD and the independent ERAYAEP creator website. Have this draft professionally reviewed and completed with required business details before public commercial launch.

Independent creator product

ERAYAEP METHOD is an independent video-preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by TikTok, ByteDance, Adobe or any other named platform. Third-party platforms control their own upload acceptance, processing and availability.

Account responsibilities

Use accurate information, maintain a unique password and protect login sessions or extension pairing codes. Do not share other users' access credentials. We may limit misuse or behavior that harms the service or other people, subject to applicable law.

Video quality and output profiles

The Free export profile aims to prepare up to 1440p/60 FPS files; the Pro profile can request 4K/120 FPS files when supported by the source, GPU and browser. These are output-file goals, not guarantees of preserved detail, final TikTok quality, 120 FPS playback, distribution, views or reach. Source footage, device performance and TikTok's actual rules determine the results.

The local extension prepares files and opens TikTok Studio for you to review and manually publish. Any optional server video tools are separate and may have different file limits and processing times.

Subscriptions, checkout and refunds

Current advertised Method tiers are $10/month and a lifetime tier advertised around $39.90, but the price, tax and payment terms shown by Paddle checkout are authoritative. A price shown in marketing copy alone does not create a completed purchase. Monthly plans renew until canceled; eligibility for refunds and cancellation conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the legally applicable terms presented at checkout.

Creator resources

ERAYAEP presets and other creator resources are separate from the Method subscription unless expressly included in a purchase. Preview or inquiry cards are not a guarantee that a product is already available for automatic delivery.

Rights and fair usage

Use the tool only to process and upload material for which you have the necessary rights. Do not use the platform for prohibited content, spam, unauthorized automation or to circumvent third-party restrictions. Respect the terms of the destination platform.

Availability and support

Service availability can be interrupted due to hosting limits, maintenance, internet outages or third-party API changes. Keep your own backups of original video files. Contact erayaep.support@gmail.com for account, payment and technical support.

Before accepting payments publicly, verify the legal operator identity, jurisdiction, consumer notice requirements and final text with qualified counsel. These terms do not override applicable consumer rights.
