Privacy Notice
Last updated 7 November 2026. This page explains how the ERAYAEP creator platform and Method service are designed to handle personal data. It must be reviewed for the actual deployment and applicable laws before public commercial launch.
Account information
When you create an account, the service stores your email address, a password salt and a non-reversible password hash, session-token hashes and your subscription or entitlement status. Operational security data may include login attempt information to protect accounts from abuse.
Video processing: browser and server options
The main ERAYAEP Chrome/Edge extension prepares export files locally inside your browser and downloads the result to your computer. In this local workflow, video file contents are not sent to the ERAYAEP account API. The prepared file is uploaded separately by the user through TikTok Studio, which applies its own privacy terms.
The website/backend also includes an optional server-based FFmpeg video job API. If you deliberately use that separate service, your video is transmitted to and processed on the configured server, creating temporary input/output files. The implementation schedules job-file cleanup after approximately 45 minutes; actual server logs, backups, exceptions or crashes may differ. Do not use that option for confidential content until you have reviewed the deployment.
Purchases and payments
Method Pro billing, when enabled, is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. ERAYAEP stores relevant transaction identifiers, plan state and subscription metadata to grant and revoke access. Payment details are handled under Paddle's applicable terms and privacy notices; do not send your full card number to ERAYAEP support.
Browser permissions and third-party services
The extension interacts with TikTok Studio when you activate its related features. It may ask for powerful Chrome extension permissions, including access needed for native caption-input assistance. Review the extension permission prompt before installing. The website and service may also interact with Supabase PostgreSQL infrastructure depending on the configured deployment.
Creator community features
If you choose to submit a score to the public creator mini-game, limited pseudonymous profile and score information may be shown on the leaderboard. Avoid including personal or sensitive information in public names.
Security, retention and your requests
Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that any internet service is risk-free. Retention for accounts, logs and backup systems depends on your deployment and legal obligations; a published retention schedule and account-deletion workflow require verification before broad launch. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, email erayaep.support@gmail.com.
Where laws grant additional privacy rights, those rights apply regardless of this summary.
This notice is a reviewed-for-code draft, not a legal compliance certification. The operator must verify the actual deployed hosting, monitoring, analytics and third-party processing arrangements before launch.
